This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Deviant LLC and Counter Culture Society ("Deviant Entities," "we") collect, use, store, and protect personal information when individuals ("Members," "users") access or use the DVNT (Members Only Platform) ("DVNT," or the "Platform").
Use of DVNT constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
DVNT is designed as a safe, ethical, human-only digital space centering Black and Brown LGBTQ+ communities.
1. Introduction
Your privacy is critically important to us. DVNT was built with privacy, autonomy, and protection at the core.
2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
2.1 Account Information — Email address, chosen display name, profile photo, bio and interests.
2.2 Age & Identity Verification Information — Government-issued Photo ID, selfie or verification video, age and authenticity metadata.
2.2(a) Identity Verification Data & Document Capture — Data is collected solely to confirm age (18+), confirm human identity, prevent bots / AI accounts / impersonation, provide safety for marginalized Members, and comply with legal/safety requirements.
Privacy protections: encrypted in transit + at rest; never publicly displayed; never sold or provided to advertisers; not used for behavioral analysis or surveillance; stored separately from profile data.
Data is retained only as needed for safety, anti-fraud, and compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
3. Human-Only Policy — DVNT maintains a strict human-only policy. We do not allow bots, AI-generated profiles, or automated accounts.
4. Profile Information — You control what appears on your public profile. Your legal identity from verification is never displayed.
5. User Content — Content you post (photos, text, comments) is stored to provide the service. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Safety & Fraud Prevention — We use your information to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce community standards, respond to safety concerns, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing & Disclosure — DVNT does NOT sell user data, share data with advertisers, or allow targeted advertising based on personal data. We may share data only: with your consent; to comply with legal requirements; to protect safety.
8. Security Measures — Encryption (in transit and at rest), secure storage, access controls, regular security audits, anti-bot systems.
9. Member Privacy Rights — You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account, export your data, and object to processing.
10. Data Retention — We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. Verification data is deleted or anonymized after its purpose is fulfilled.
11. International Transfers — If you access DVNT from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
12. Children's Privacy (Strict 18+) — DVNT is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
13. Cookies — DVNT uses essential cookies for functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DVNT (Members Only Platform) ("DVNT," or the "Platform"), operated by Deviant LLC and Counter Culture Society ("Deviant Entities").
Use of DVNT indicates acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Standards, and Verification Requirements.
1. Eligibility and Account Requirements
1.1 18+ Requirement — DVNT is strictly for adults 18+.
1.2 Mandatory Verification — All Members must complete DVNT's ID + selfie verification to confirm age (18+), human identity, eligibility to join, and non-fraudulent account status.
1.3 Identity Verification Data & Document Capture — During verification, DVNT collects a government-issued ID image, a live selfie, and verification metadata. Used exclusively to enforce 18+ requirement, maintain a human-only community, block bots / AI-generated profiles / fraud, protect Members from impersonation and harm, and comply with safety and legal obligations.
Verification data is encrypted, privately stored, never sold, never shown to other Members, and separate from your public profile. Falsifying verification = immediate removal.
2. Member Responsibilities — You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, follow Community Standards, and respect other Members.
3. Community Standards — Your use is subject to our Community Standards & Code of Conduct, incorporated by reference.
4. Privacy & Data Use — Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
5. Intellectual Property — DVNT and its content (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. User Content — You retain ownership of content you post. You grant DVNT a license to display your content on the platform.
7. User Safety & Prohibited Conduct — You may not: harass or bully others; post illegal content; impersonate others; use bots or automated systems; attempt to compromise security; violate others' privacy.
8. Paid Services — DVNT is free to use. Future paid features will be clearly disclosed. In-feed ethical advertising only; no popups.
9. Suspension & Termination — We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers — DVNT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVNT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification — You agree to indemnify DVNT against claims arising from your use or violations.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution — These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
14. Amendments — We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
